Are you an experienced People & Culture Business Partner looking for a rewarding career with a passionate team? We have an exciting opportunity for a HR generalist to join our business as a senior member of our team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager – People & Culture, your role will be a blend of operational and strategic HR, supporting our leaders to develop a positive workplace culture and effective people management practices throughout the employee lifecycle.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in HR or Business-related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, delivering a high level of HR generalist advice and support to operational leaders, is essential to succeed in this position
  • Current knowledge of employment-related legislation, regulations and industrial instruments
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic HR, policy, procedure & systems development, workforce planning, managing end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
  • Strong capability in coaching and upskilling line managers to apply best practice across all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Experience in leading and supporting grievance investigations, performance management, fitness for work cases and complex employment relations matters.
