Digital Division currently has a permanent, full-time opportunity available for a Senior Business Analyst in Brisbane, Toowoomba, Maryborough, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville or Cairns. We are looking for qualified candidates to join us.

About your new role:

As the Senior Business Analyst (BA), you play a key role in supporting the digital platforms within our Non-Regulated team. Your responsibilities include analyzing business, process, and system requirements to offer solutions that bring value to our stakeholders.

You operate within the BA skillset while considering the organizational context, adhering to EQL's corporate governance framework, and following the Digital Division's best practices and standards.

Your expertise and knowledge of the electricity market and the various participant roles enhance your ability to kickstart projects and work programs. Furthermore, you have a strong grasp of the changes needed to efficiently deliver identified projects.

In this role, you drive positive change by collaborating with Retail and Yurika Businesses, Digital Services, and Delivery Partner leaders. You comprehend business and customer needs, working independently to implement initiatives that foster digital innovation and transformation.

Remuneration for this role starts from $140k with 12.75% super for a 9-day fortnight and $159k with 12.75% super for a 10-day fortnight.

About you:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a background in Business Analytics and proficiency in creating project initiation documentation.

Comfortable navigating a dynamic business environment, you excel in agile delivery, planning methodologies, and enhancing stakeholder and customer satisfaction.
