Hilti AM Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team working with Hilti during our AM shift (5.30am - 1.30pm)
07th June, 2024 We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader - Dispatch to join our dynamic and friendly team based in Pemulwuy (onsite parking available). You will approach this important role with a focus on accuracy and accountability all whilst living and breathing our IMPACT values.
About the Role:
You will effectively manage all dispatch activities (AM Shift) ensuring customer orders are scheduled and appropriately managed, and all goods handed over to carriers are accurately manifested. You will also hold a current LO/ LF Forklift Lic with experience operating a High Reach.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday (5.30am - 1.30pm)

Management the Goods Outward Process:
- Ensure customer orders are scheduled and appropriately managed.
- Efficient and accurate handover of outbound goods to Transport Coordinator.
- Ensures all outbound orders are managed according to customer and TCC requirements.
- Manages daily dispatch schedule with order processing team.
- Prioritize daily work effort to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare a daily work plan for following days activities – review staff requirements and organize staff as required for each shift based on this.
- Liaison between Client Service and transport on any issues, errors or delays.
- Provide timely and accurate customer service status information.
- Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive profitability and productivity.
- Ensures that all goods handed over to transport are accurately manifested and accounted for.
- Ensure to manage customer pickup area efficiently.
- Ensure proper handover to PM Team Leader.
- Lead the Dispatch Team by example, demonstrating our IMPACT values.
- Implement team/department culture and engagement initiatives.
1-2 years' Experience as a Warehouse Team Leader in Dispatch (advantage if in a 3PL environment)
High level of accuracy, organization and attention to detail
Ability to deliver results in an agile, high-pressure environment
Ability to multi-task and manage live conflicting priorities
High level of communication skill
Identify and implement throughput plans by Client – Resources & Processes
Proven track record of delivering profitability and productivity
Proven track record of driving Continuous Improvement
Good computer skills - Advanced WMS and MS Office skills
OH&S knowledge and experience
LO/LF forklift license required with experience operating High Reach.
