What's the role?:


The Services Coordinator / Fleet Management Operations Specialist is responsible for providing high quality customer service and support to Hilti's Fleet customers.

A part of this role is supporting the growth of the tool list of existing Fleet Management customers with Hilti by following up on tool exchanges, renewals and extensions.


At the same time, the Fleet Management Operations Specialist works with the wider Hilti team to enable the streamlining of current processes and to enable smooth transitions where new processes are introduced to Fleet.

What does the role involve?:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions: for example processing new agreements/contracts, invoicing support and special requests
  • Run end of month and beginning of month transactions in SAP (extensions, renewal proposal creation etc...)
  • Managing the loan tool pool
  • Find trends within the processes and flag these to improve upon them

What you need is:

  • Passion for customer care / customer service
  • Solution oriented / Autonomous
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good understanding of finance tasks required to support the leasing program (advantageous)
  • IT literate e.g. Microsoft Office / Tech Savvy
  • SAP / Easy Order entry experience desirable
