Provide administrative support to the Clinical Reporting Team, primarily for the purpose of processing requests for medical records

Key responsibilities:

The Clinical Reporting Team Administrator will process requests for medical records based on changing needs of the business.

The main responsibilities will be as per below:

  • Accurate record keeping and contemporaneous documentation
  • Mail / referral collection and distribution on a daily basis.
  • Maintain minutes of meetings
  • Ensure the smooth supply and maintenance of supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with orientation of new staff when required.

To be successful you will have:

  • Administration work experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Advantageous to have experience working with computerised medical records systems.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement, with highly developed administrative skills (MS Outlook and MS Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of date entry accuracy.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
