This exciting new position at Amicus Legal Limited will see you working closely with leading Partners of a national Public Law team, focusing on a wide range of litigious matters, with the main focus on State and Commonwealth Government bodies.
Your Role:
As a Legal Support Specialist, you will provide all facets of polished legal administrative support and gain exposure and provide support to your interstate colleagues showcasing your exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing files;
- Completing client billing and reports;
- Answering phone calls and assisting with matter inquiries;
- Scheduling appointments, court events and diary management;
- Preparation and reconciliation of expenses;
- Organising events and functions;
- Other administrative support required by solicitors.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant admin support experience working in a busy Litigation environment, within a private practice law firm or government body.
