About the role
In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Proactively engage with business leaders and People & Culture team to understand the future capability needs for QIC, ensuring the alignment of professional development offerings through ongoing review of QIC's learning curriculum and partnerships with providers.
  • Contribute to the ongoing review and enhancement of QIC's Corporate Induction experiences, including People Leader induction.
  • Deliver, codeliver or 'train the trainer' to deliver the learning experiences, either facetoface, or virtually.
  • Share in the management and delivery of updates to our eLearning suite to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Supported by the other members of the Capability & Development team, become skilled in cutting edge Digital Adoption platforms which we use to support insystem training and guidance. QIC will provide all tools and training to enable you to build this emerging and indemand skillset.

About You

To be successful you will have:

  • Contemporary knowledge and experience in best practice learning and development trends and practices and the desire to continue to explore and upskill in emerging trends and skillsets.
  • Experience in designing, developing and delivering high quality training in a corporate environment, both facetoface and virtually. Experience in design and delivery of frontline manager programs and induction programs will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering high quality elearnings using Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Excellent technical writing skills, including the ability to analyse and develop storyboards.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships to enable collaboration to deliver solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring a consistently efficient, quality focussed and commercial approach to the delivery of outcomes.
  • Demonstrated track record in the use of Instructional Design principles and developing outstanding learning solutions.
  • Excellent ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the business context.
