An exciting opportunity has become available to join a supportive team as a Dispatch Office Clerk at a well established tyre company.

You will be responsible for managing the daily administration duties associated with transporting tyres in and out of the warehouse.

You will a passion for customer service as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Client Details
Our client is a leading supplier of tyres all around Australia.

They have a global presence across 180 countries and produce more than 68 million tyres every year and have been in Australia for over 30 years.


Description

Responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Ensure Customer orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Customer Service
  • Variety of administration duties
  • Invoicing
  • Booking of third party transport when required
  • Ensure daily runs are in order
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholder's
  • Perform and assist in the compliance of all O.H.&S. processes

Profile

To be successful in the position you will:

  • Experience with SAP is a plus but not essential
  • Confident in using general computer systems
  • Previous experience in logistics, warehouse or wholesale
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team player
  • Reliable
