We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Clerk to join our Purchasing & Logistics team at our National Head Office in South Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory transactions in SAP, receive, store, and dispatch goods, and handle return to stock items.
  • Inspect incoming shipments, identify discrepancies, and verify receipt and quantities of materials.
  • Prepare requisitions, route shipments, and ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe inventory warehouse and storerooms.
  • Assist production with material requests, participate in cycle counts and stock takes, and implement Kanban systems.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders, recommend process improvements, and adhere to company policies and standards.
Requirements:
  • Organized and logical thinker with a knack for working independently and within a team.
  • Clear and concise communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle reactive and scheduled work assignments.
  • Accountability and quality are paramount, with a passion for customer advocacy.
  • Proficiency in SAP and ERP, Microsoft Word & Excel, and shipping practices.
  • A valid Australian Drivers License and a current Forklift License are highly desirable.
