Reporting to the C&I Data, Insights and Improvement Leader we are looking to appoint a Business Analyst or Consultant who will define and drive continuous improvement to ensure a streamlined and optimal operations.

Making a Difference at EnergyAustralia
As the C&I Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Define problems, and opportunities and deliver continuous improvement to the operational and sales capabilities within EnergyAustralia's C&I business
  • Be a part of agile teams to scope, define and deliver new products and services to EnergyAustralia's large customers
  • Own and project manage definition and delivery of all small enhancements to C&I technology applications

To be successful in this role you must have experience in business analysis, process analysis or consulting, gained within the Energy industry is highly advantageous. You will be structured and collaborative in your approach, with a commercial mindset and strong analytical capability, to define and communicate a problem. You will also have a strong innovative mindset with the confidence to "challenge the status quo", experience writing business requirements (including user stories) for technology/ system change and finally comfortable leading or project managing initiatives, projects or streams of work through requirements to delivery. Experience in process mapping using BPMN or other methodology is essential
