At the core of our operations is aiding individuals with their banking, superannuation, retirement, and financial needs, guiding them through various economic cycles, life changes, and market fluctuations.

  • Support the Super & Investments business in identifying, managing, and reporting risks and controls effectively to instill confidence in the leadership and trustees.
  • Maintain primary business relationships within the S&I Division, overseeing the control environment and offering expert advice on control design.
  • Monitor and manage risks within defined limits, engage in oversight activities, and ensure effective operation of risk governance frameworks.
  • Contribute to risk reporting, analyze key risk indicators, review risk frameworks, and support business change initiatives.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in risk management within the financial services sector.
  • In-depth understanding of financial services industry, preferably in Superannuation and/or Insurance, along with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to adapt to change, implement risk management frameworks, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Industry qualifications (e.g., CA, CISA, CIA, CFA, FRM, MBA) and tertiary education in a related field would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and the capability to lead cross-functional projects.
