The Opportunity:


As our Regional Marketing Programs Manager, you will create and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate pipeline for the ANZ Sales team.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with both our internal Sales and Marketing teams to create successful campaigns that convert to wins.


Your Mission:

  • Create and carry out B2B marketing campaigns that generate pipeline for ANZ
  • Plan, conceptualise, and realise all marketing activities for the ANZ market (account based marketing, regional campaigns, event marketing, webinars, partner marketing, etc.)
  • Event management : sponsored & owned events

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience as a B2B Marketing Manager in a tech/software company (SaaS/PaaS), ideally in ecommerce
  • Strong marketing automation experience, landing page and workflow creation, SEM, social media, analytics, and event management
  • Knowledge of developing target groupfocused campaigns corresponding to market dynamics
  • Strong awareness of market development, market segments, and demand in the market
  • Experience in demand generation and account based marketing
  • Strong communication and the aptitude to reduce complexity
  • Analytical and conceptual aptitude, technical knowhow and a strong customer and service orientation
  • Selfstarter mentality, able to thrive in a fastpaced and collaborative environment, prioritizing appropriately and meeting timelines
  • Experience developing and implementing new ideas and processes
  • Propensity to work and influence crossfunctionally at multiple levels
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Teamoriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel as needed
