Your Impact:


As
Manufacturing Optimisation & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing manufacturing processes and operations to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness throughout our production network.

This role involves finding and investigating opportunities for improvement by engaging with your wider network of stakeholders, to build a case, leading to the design and execution of a medium to long-term supply chain transformation programs.

You will take ownership over the end-to-end process, ensuring optimisation projects are aligned with broader business objectives, and delivered on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with internal and external partners to source feedback and knowledge to build cases for optimisation projects
  • Develop and execute medium to longterm strategic direction and projects of our manufacturing operations (capacity, capability and technology) by leading crossfunctional teams and stakeholder groups in delivering transformational capability
  • Ensure manufacturing capacity aligns with production and shipment demands for customers, working closely with operational teams to achieve KPIs, and address opportunities to improve results
  • Provide expert advice and domain leadership in supply chain design and delivery, working with external consultants and other specialist third parties, with a focus on Manufacturing

About You:


In this role, you will utilise your cross-functional skillset and depth of knowledge in Supply Chain & Manufacturing, to support the Manufacturing department in bringing continuous improvement opportunities to fruition.

You will take advantage of your ability to build strong relationship with a diverse range of stakeholder, and move things forward with your proactive nature and organisation skills.

In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will also possess:

  • Hold a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • Deep integrated understanding of supply chain functions, other business units and endtoend value chain concepts
  • Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing process improvement projects
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder management at all levels in our business, capable of influencing senior leaders and executives to makes the best longterm decisions for our business
  • Possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to collaborate across various levels within the organisation to best utilise the skills and knowledge across your stakeholder network
  • Exhibit strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and making informed business decisions
