About the role:


We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a focus on case management and fair work practices to join Calvary.

You will use your expert skills to take on the role of People and Culture Partner, where you'll be the go-to expert for providing advice, coaching, and support to our incredible team of people leaders and employees across Calvary Hospitals, Aged Care and Home Care.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely advice, coaching, and support on HR matters

Acting as the 'key point of contact' for managers and employees on Employee Relations matters

Provide direct support to our people managers with conducting workplace investigations, performance management and disciplinary procedures

Interpret industrial instruments and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Promote workplace safety and well-being, and assist with reporting and maintaining HR records

Deliver manager training sessions and provide development coaching as required

About you:
Previous experience in case management

Understanding of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and HR policies

Strong analytical skills are crucial for conducting workplace investigations and managing disciplinary processes

Excellent communication skills and ability to build productive relationships

Ability to adapt your processes in line with changes to industrial relations laws and industry changes

Desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation.

Prior experience in healthcare is highly regarded
