People and Culture Manager

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to join our Senior Leadership team at All West Engineering.
This standalone position will report directly to the Managing Directors and will be based at our Perth headquarters in High Wycombe.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and implement the AWE People and Culture Strategy
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters across the organization
- Act as a coordinator and mediator to resolve workplace disputes and conflicts
- Provide clear guidance on company policies and procedures
- Foster a positive workplace environment by promoting open communication and collaboration
- Promote data-driven decision making by identifying and creating platforms for key analytics
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or Commerce (minimum Diploma or Degree qualified)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience of driving and leading HR initiatives
- Experience working within Resources/Mining Services/Mining Contracting environment is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt and communicate at various levels in a professional manner
- Well-versed in interpreting Fair Work Act and Modern Awards
- Understanding of how financial/commercial decisions can impact people
- Ability to problem-solve complex matters and escalate where necessary
