Customer Service Officer - Newcastle
Are you looking for an exciting new role with an established market leader in Fire Protection? The role
This role will support our delivery teams across fire protection (alarms and sprinkler systems) service works and installation projects in Newcastle and the Hunter area
This will involve:
- Performing and supporting all admin functions in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist Branch personnel with relevant back office procedures
- Liaising between the business and the customers when needed
- Booking inductions for techs on new sites
- Account and invoice reconciliation
To be successful you will need the following:
We are open on experience and qualifications for this role. If you have a customer focused mindset and a can do attitude we want to hear from you. Additionally any further experience in the below would be beneficial
- Experience in administration, sales or customer service
- Some exposure to construction or similar
- Some knowledge of MS Office programs
- Work, Excel, Outlook
- Experience working with an ERP system (Pronto preferably)
