Client Support Specialist

 

  • Join a national team.
  • Provide “day-to-day” operational supply chain support to our Foodbuy clients.
  • Hybrid role based in Melbourne.

THE POSITION

  • Provide high quality customer service support to our Foodbuy clients and their operational teams.
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients for supply chain service and performance concerns.
  • Develop positive and engaging relationships with our client operations teams in support of the Foodbuy brand, our service reputation and in being a positive and active influence with our clients.
  • Provide training support for Foodbuy-related systems.
  • Ensure that the business is kept up to date with the latest products, innovations and technology.
  • Complete various duties including system management, reporting and other elements as required.

 

THE PERSON

  • Foodservice experience with a minimum of 2 years background in operations, management or at supervisory level.
  • Demonstrable customer engagement, communication and relationship management skills
  • Intermediate computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills – ability to establish and maintain key relations.
