THE POSITION
Provide high quality customer service support to our Foodbuy clients and their operational teams. Be the first point of contact for our clients for supply chain service and performance concerns. Develop positive and engaging relationships with our client operations teams in support of the Foodbuy brand, our service reputation and in being a positive and active influence with our clients. Provide training support for Foodbuy-related systems. Ensure that the business is kept up to date with the latest products, innovations and technology. Complete various duties including system management, reporting and other elements as required.THE PERSON
Foodservice experience with a minimum of 2 years background in operations, management or at supervisory level. Demonstrable customer engagement, communication and relationship management skills Intermediate computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Good communication skills – both written and verbal. Good interpersonal skills – ability to establish and maintain key relations.THE BENEFITS
