People & Culture Advisor

Joining this growing ASX-listed financial services firm as their People & Culture Advisor, you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of people and growth initiatives and operations across the employee life cycle. This is an exciting opportunity for a P&C Advisor looking to step into a true generalist role with plenty of growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for employee queries or requests
  • Support the P&C team across the employee life cycle incl. contract administration, inductions, on-boarding & off-boarding, performance management, exit interviews, mobility etc.
  • Be an active participant in the WHS Committee
  • Be involved in the roll-out of strategic P&C initiatives and projects
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with senior management and stakeholders

    Key Requirements:

    • Minimum 3+ years experience in a HR Role or similar
    • Qualification in Psychology, human resources, accounting or similar
    • Excellent team player with the ability to work autonomously


      The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You will have a strong work ethic and your experience will allow you to hit the ground running.
