A reputable manufacturer based North-West of Adelaide is looking to add a permanent customer service officer. Your new company
For over 3 decades, this Australian company has supplied their loyal customer base. They pride themselves on creating high-quality bespoke designs for their customers. The company offers a flexible work-life balance and undertakes monthly social staff gatherings. No 2 days are the same in this role, with various tasks to be completed throughout the day and offering an opportunity to learn in a unique business.

Your new role Face to face and over the phone customer service Processing orders, invoicing, and packaging products Assessing the quality of products Assisting customers with their unique requirements Build rapport and positive relationships with customers Facilitating and managing stocktake Organising dispatch and delivery to customers Provide an excellent customer experience What you'll need to succeed A passion for customer service Ability to work autonomously Willingness to learn Experience in using multiple IT systems Have great organisation and time management skills Great communication skills both verbally and written What you'll get in return
This permanent opportunity offers an immediate start, a competitive salary + 11% super. You will be part of a team who provide consistent customer service and will receive on the job training.
