Change Manager
6 Month Contract
Northern Brisbane

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager who has experience in leading a company through a transformative journey from legacy systems to SharePoint, including Microsoft 365 integration.

Offering an initial 6 month contract, with the high possibility of extensions, the role will allow you to integrate into the team, and be a part of a meaningful team on this program.

The role is based in North Brisbane, with an occasional requirement for travel to the different offices.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Sharepoint online (Teams) and Records Management (MS Purview and Sharepoint Premium).

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of organisational change requirements related to the migration project that will see all staff work exclusively in the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Evaluate the impact on people, business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organisational structures.
  • Develop a change management strategy that is tailored to transitioning staff to the modern ways of working, including developing training needs analysis.
  • Manage the people's side of change, and ensure effective communication and engagement strategies are in place to support a smooth transition.
  • Drive successful outcomes, increased benefit realisation, value creation, ROI, and achievement of project results.
  • Assess the organisation's capability to deliver and proactively identify potential change conflicts.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans, specifically tailored for the Digital and Information domains.

    About you:

    • 5+ years of demonstrated experience overseeing organisational change management, preferably some of that time spent within the utilities sector.
    • Experience in the application of formalised Organisational Change Management methods, approaches, and industry best practices (e.g., PROSCI, CMI, CMBoK).
    • Experience in training needs analysis and facilitating training delivery.
    • Proven ability in complex problem-solving, gathering and analysing information, and influencing others towards satisfactory solutions within designated timeframes.
    • Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality documents aligned with project and program management frameworks.
    • Experience in promoting quality systems and changes to systems and management processes, ensuring active participation from relevant stakeholders.
