About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fleet Manager whose primary focus will be to ensure optimised performance of TTi’s ANZ fleet. A key focus of this role will be to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional employee experience outcomes are at the forefront.

Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager ANZ your day-to-day duties will include:

Oversee the governance, controls and performance standards for all ANZ fleet vehicles Partner closely with fleet providers/ vendors to ensure optimum performance of all systems of work, processes and service agreements Identify and implement solutions for automation and continuous improvement Produce quarterly fleet performance and insights reports to senior management, including cost reviews and driver behaviour insights. Liaise with stakeholders on production stages of vehicles, both replacement and new Oversee vehicle accident/incident insurance claim processes including fleet repairs Manage capital expenditure relating to fleet vehicles and review month end invoicing Provide mentoring and leadership Manage admin for vehicle changes and data for FBT reporting

About You

Ideally you will have a previous experience in a similar Fleet Management role within a growing, fast paced industry and excellent stakeholder engagement skills in addition to the following attributes:

Demonstrated experience and understanding of fleet management practices is highly advantageous Strong negotiating and influencing skills Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel Strong written communication and numeracy skills Highly professional and committed approach Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and work well under pressure Strong ability to multi task and prioritise
