Job Summary: The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of a medical clinic. This leadership position involves managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining compliance with regulations, and promoting a patient-centric environment. The Practice Manager collaborates with medical professionals, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Staff Management:

- Recruit, hire, and train administrative and support staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to promote professional growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts when necessary.
- Clinic Operations:

- Implement and maintain efficient administrative procedures to optimize daily operations.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, patient registration, and medical records management.
- Coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times and ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels.
- Financial Management:

- Prepare and manage the clinic's budget, tracking expenses and revenues.
- Prepare and lodge medical billing to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and policies.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data security.
- Quality Assurance:

- Implement and oversee quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Monitor patient satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Reply social media feedback in timely manner
- Communication and Coordination:

- Collaborate with medical providers and nursing staff to ensure effective patient care.
- Interact with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners as needed.
- Facilitate regular staff meetings and communication channels to disseminate information.
- Strategic Planning:

- Work with the clinic's leadership team to develop and implement long-term strategies and goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
- Technology Integration:

- Ensure the effective utilization and maintenance of electronic health records and other clinic technologies.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance clinic operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a medical clinic or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry trends.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other clinic-related technologies.

The role of a Practice Manager in a medical clinic is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of healthcare services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
