MAIN PURPOSE

  • Initiate & implement retail action plans to support the growth of Australia retail sales and ensure the Maison’s objectives are achieved.
  • Support the Brand Director in the formulation and direction of the retail strategy
  • Responsible to build and develop Customer Relation Management to improve Client acquisition and client development initiatives
  • Establish a consistent standard of customer service and ensure that the performance of all sales staff meets the set standards.
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day activity of the retail and for the communication and practice of brand’s culture and values in Retail.

 

Business results & retail action plan

  • Improve total retail performance by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability
  • Work with all stores drive & achieve all quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
  • Evaluating the retail business and to identify the likely/potential sales points by developing strategic plans and sales strategies

 

Customer Excellence

  • Implement, with the support of Marketing team, boutique activations (any scale) to provide excellent client experience in the boutiques
  • Work closely with Regional Client development team to ensure all initiatives are well implemented and followed up
  • Drive Retail excellence activations across all stores and ensure customer retention & loyalty is a daily priority for all staff members
  • Build brand rapport and relationship with end customers-Direct involvement in nurturing Top VIP customers

 

Boutique Teams Support and Management

  • Support the Brand Director with /Responsible for staff development, job retention and employee satisfaction of the retail team
  • Identify talents/best practices,  from boutique teams and prepare a focused development plan including organising training in bringing overall staff’s skills to a new level
  • Responsible for establishing measurable (KPI - key performance index) Identify success profiles and talent planning in order to define career paths and promote advancement
  • Facilitate exchange of information with other departments to boutique managers and vice versa.

 

Boutique Operations

  • Ensure full compliance to Richemont & Maison’s operational guidelines
  • Responsible and accountable for the sales and smooth operations of all retail stores
  • Review and streamline or improve store procedures or policies where required.
  • Monitor and accountable for the operating cost (retail division) and to ensure that the general costs of carrying out the retail operations are optimized

 

Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure all stores meet brand standards in terms of appearance and cleanliness.
  • Work closely with stores on visual merchandising, ensuring all stores are in line with VM Guidelines.
  • Provide support and guidance to all Boutique Managers / Deputy regarding any customer complaints or issues that may arise

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in business management or relevant studies
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a retail team
  • High flexibility, independent working style, creative, hard worker.
  • Strong coordination and organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence and motivate others
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
