Shape the future of data protection and ensure regulatory compliance. As a Senior Tech Business Analyst - Privacy / Records Management, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding customer information and streamlining critical processes.

How will I help?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand privacy and records management needs, translating them into actionable requirements for technology solutions.
  • Partner with engineering and QA teams to develop cutting-edge systems that protect customer data and streamline record-keeping processes.
  • Define detailed system requirements and use cases to ensure accurate and compliant data management.
  • Work closely with stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring the final design aligns with their needs and expectations.
  • Contribute to product testing and resolve any issues that arise to ensure successful implementation.

What do I need?

  • 5+ years of business analysis experience with a focus on technical skills, data analysis, and system functional and non-functional analysis.
  • Prior experience in privacy compliance or a data-driven industry is desirable.
  • Extensive experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies.
  • A deep understanding of technology and business systems, with a focus on data privacy and compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
