About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team at Humanforce. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and operational excellence.

Your primary focus will be on collecting comprehensive requirements, documenting workflows, managing small-scale projects, and analysing data to guide our decision-making processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and objectives, and translate them into actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering requirements and producing high-quality documentation
  • Coordinating technical projects and ensuring timely completion
  • Analysing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborating with teams in sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure operational alignment and consistency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements and producing high-quality documentation
  • Experience coordinating technical projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a RevOps function or SaaS business model
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
