About the role
Working within the ICT Agile Transformation team the Agile Scrum Master works in partnership with the Agile Delivery Manager and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to define and adopt agile ways of working across the organisation.

As the Agile Scrum Master, you will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of the team’s prioritised backlog items assigned to one or more Agile teams. You will build a high performing team culture to ensure delivery outcomes are achieved and sustainable and that productivity/velocity increases as the team evolves.
 
Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for;

  • Proven, in-depth experience working in an agile team as a Scrum Master with an agile and traditional delivery background including strong project management experience
  • Solid understanding and experience of SAFe Operating Model / Framework, Scrum & Kanban
  • Track record of leading and coaching single or multiple scrum delivery teams (squads) to deliver outcomes, through application of agile way of working
  • Ability to conduct all of the agile ceremonies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and build trusted relationships
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, motivating and building high performing teamwork environments 
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to address and eliminate roadblocks faced by the Scrum Team whilst managing team risks and issues
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
