**About the role**:
You will be supporting and enabling the delivery of priority enhancements and improvements to EPA’s data platforms, data and insights enabled solutions, data and information management initiatives, business processes and overall capability aligned to EPA’s strategic priorities, to prevent harm to Victorian communities and the environment from pollution and waste. In this role, you will also facilitate program level ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Inspect and Adapt workshops, Product Owner (PO) synchronisation, System Demos and Scrum of Scrums. This is an exciting role for an experienced Scrum Master that wants to contribute to the success of the EPA as it enters a new era of environmental protection in Victoria. Working closely with multiple units within CDIO and IT, you will actively contribute to a positive organisational culture and achieve the highest standards of performance and integrity; fostering genuine partnerships across all levels of government, industry, and community to deliver organisational outcomes.

**In this role you will**:

- As a senior member of the Data Strategy, Management and Transformation team, manage the allocated resources, budgets, contribute to business and project planning and reporting; and demonstrate a strong commitment to a positive culture and the development of staff.
- Lead Scrum teams to achieve continuous, quality delivery, maintaining a focus on customer value and outcomes that maximize flow.
- Identify and support teams to manage business and delivery risks by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance policies.
- Establish cadence and run efficient and effective scrum ceremonies; provide transparency and visibility of progress throughout the sprint.

**Skills and experience**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master with Scrum Master Certification working in scaled Agile environment and managing multiple squads.
- Skilled in Change management, Release Management and Azure dev-ops using CI/CD
- Knowledge of Spatial (GIS) and Non-Spatial data platforms including Cloud data technologies (preferably Azure).
- Advanced facilitator and great communicator with negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
