Join our collaborative team in Toowoomba We're seeking an experienced, motivated, flexible, and positive individual who takes initiative.
What will your typical week look like?
- Ensure timely completion of all client related tasks in their local office or designated region, meeting internal and external service standards
- Fee management
- Liaising with clients, booking appointments, assisting with queries etc
- Provide general support to the Client Services team including file creation and management, database entry and management
- Reception cover when required
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.

You are someone with…..
- Previous experience with an accounting firm or professional services firm is highly desirable, but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in client services or a similar customer-focused role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders;
- Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop, and able to collaborate effectively with others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) will be beneficial
