**Client Service - Sales Admin & Delivery Allocator**:
**About The Role**
This is a varied role working in our Toowoomba Steel Division for a motivated all-rounder supporting the Sales, Service and Administration team. There will be a strong focus on client service, administration and delivery allocation tasks.
**Main Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for telephone calls and walk-in customers
- Coordinate delivery truck allocation and confirmation
- Maintaining administrative processes
- Liaise with production and customers to ensure customer requests are achievable
- Confirm requests can meet production capabilities and timeframes
- Enter sales orders into system and prepare delivery documentation
- Steel's retail store opening and closing
- Prepare quotations, conduct stock enquiries, confirm production orders
- Keeping in touch with customers to confirm requirements on up and coming work
- Administration and office filing and procedures
**About You**
- Experience in sales, construction, trades or building industry an advantage
- Stores or stock control experience well regarded
- Strong client service and administration
- MS Office proficiency and excellent communication skills
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
