We are seeking a License Management Administrator to join our CargoWise team to help ensure we provide the best possible customer support for our customers. If you thrive on delivering exceptional customer service and have an interest in invoicing and managing customer requests, we would be keen to hear from you.

As a License Management Administrator, you will be required to:

Oversee and manage the incoming customer queries through the workflow task management system Assist with processing license amendments Work collaboratively with many different product teams to resolve queries.

What you will have to be successful in this role:

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, ideally within the logistics or IT/software Experience in administrative support and help desk environments. Supply chain knowledge with forwarding/customs clearance experience being a plus. Analytical mindset with a drive to get to the deep root cause of a problem Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
