About Mai-Wel:

The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Participant Services Officer to join Mai-Wel’s team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing participant information, ensuring compliance with NDIS funding requirements, and providing specialist advice to help participants reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage participant data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve participant queries and escalate when needed.
- Work closely with service teams to meet participant outcomes.
- Stay up to date with NDIS frameworks and financial policies.
- Contribute to reporting, decision-making and system improvements.
- Ability to assist team with leave coverage, as required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with NDIS funding and frameworks.
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing demands.
- Has excellent communication skills and can build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Certificate IV in Business, Administration, or a related field.
