**Our client**: Reputable, award winning Accommodation, Conference and Function Centre based in the Hunter Valley.
Boasting 47 guest rooms from luxurious spa suites to affordable standard guest rooms. Conference facilities and function rooms.
We are looking for two dynamic individuals to join the team as Front Office Guest Services/Receptionists. This role is employed on a casual basis with an hourly rate of $30.10
6-8 hour shifts with roster provided two weeks in advance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly, professionally and efficiently, check them in and out of the hotel.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, courteously and professionally.
- Assist with breakfast set up.
- Assist with bar service, if and when required.
- Assisting with servicing function/conference rooms.
- Assist with reservations across multiple departments such as restaurant, conference, accommodation.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless guest experiences.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to focus on the job at hand without personal distractions, ie Social Media, surfing the web...
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- RSA certification is required.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
