As Pastry Demi Chef, you'll craft exquisite desserts, perfecting your skills daily alongside experienced professionals. You'll explore new techniques, innovate with flavours, and delight our guests with every creation. Gain invaluable experience, grow professionally, and infuse your unique style into each dish, making every dessert a memorable experience for our guests.


Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within high-end dining operations Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment A true love and passion for food and creating genuine memorable guest experiences Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above, Certificate 3 in Patisserie or equivalent French training and fine dining experience an advantage
