Key Responsibilities- Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period.
- Prepare and present food in a way that exceeds guest expectations and fuels their curiosity.
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team on preparation and execution of all food and beverage outlet service periods.
- Maintain strong food safety and property standards, setting the pace in the industry.
- Organise and maintain the assigned section of the kitchen effectively.
- Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles focusing on attention to detail.
- A Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification.
- A passion for the industry.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Working rights in Australia.
