An excellent opportunity for a skilled Administration Assistant to join our successful and motivated team within a residential aged care setting.
This is an exciting and varied role for an energetic and enthusiastic person who will be supporting the site with a variety of administrative duties including reception, banking, rostering, drafting written communications, preparing reports, ensuring all relevant information at the site is managed and controlled in an effective manner. The successful candidate will be experienced in front of house aged care or medical environment, possess a customer centric approach, and have advanced computer competency.
You should be professionally presented, highly organised and self-motivated, someone who can manage your time, be flexible with your workload and customer focused.
Key Requirements:
Certificate in Business Administration or similar qualification. Must have experience in an Administration position, preferably within an Aged Care or similar environment Advanced computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office. An understanding of rostering software would be an advantage. Ability to prepare correspondence and reports. Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and organisational skills A general understanding and social awareness of the Aged Care industry and the challenges that the sector faces will be valuable, alongside a compassionate nature and an empathetic approach. NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Australian Federal Police Check)
Royal Freemasons is a NDIS approved provider. As part of the NDIS scheme, employees, contractors, labour hire and volunteers must have a completed NDIS check.
Mandatory Vaccines All aged care workers must be vaccinated against Covid-19 (3 vaccines) and encouraged to receive the Flu-Vaccine, all successful applicants will be required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
