Our client is a well-established leader within an exciting industry that demands innovation and excellence in a project based environment. This organisation are all about their people. With a national footprint their focus needs to be their people - securing, retaining and developing the best. 

The Perth office is now looking for a HR BP to join their team.  We require someone with extensive ER and IR experience as this role will be involved in conciliations and fair work matters. Ideally we need someone with strong generalist experience to succeed in this position.

The ideal person for this opportunity is experienced as well as open minded and innovative in their approach. Perfect for a professional looking to be engaged in a job that allows them to utilise their knowledge and experience, with the added benefit of exceptional work / life balance Previous experience in a Business Partner role is essential as well as relevant qualifications.
