**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture based in Brisbane, this role will see you provide advice on all elements of HR and workplace relations. You will utilise your detailed understanding and experience of ER/IR matters to provide expert advice and direction to the business across a broad range of areas including employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to key stakeholders across the business.
- Coaching and empowering leaders and taking a partnering approach to understanding their needs.
- Manage the recruitment process for all site positions through to the induction process.
- Assist with ad hoc HR duties and projects.

**About you**

To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience in generalist human resources roles preferably in FMCG environment. Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience managing the resolution of ER/IR matters, using well developed problem solving and negotiation skills will ensure your success. It is expected that you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
