Our client is embarking on exciting transformation journey with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, a cutting-edge ERP system. To support this initiative, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Supplier Portal with a strong background in retail, merchandising, and pricing.

This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

About the Role

This role focuses on mapping and optimizing business processes related to supplier management in the retail sector. You will play a pivotal part in documenting workflows for supplier onboarding, product submissions, pricing, promotions, and supply chain coordination.

As a key member of the ERP transformation project, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver innovative solutions that drive organizational success. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a significant transformation and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders from Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance, documenting current processes and translating them into functional requirements for the Supplier Portal.
  • Develop and refine business process documentation for supplier onboarding, pricing management, promotions, and supply chain coordination.
  • Leverage expertise in supplier management systems and portals, including workflows for product submissions and pricing updates.
  • Utilize proficiency in supply chain processes, including inventory management, demand planning, order tracking, EDI, carrier management, and product recall procedures.
  • Conduct reporting and performance analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvement and aligning supplier collaboration with business objectives.
