The role:
This is a 12-month contract with the potential to go perm. My client is seeking an experienced property professional to provide quality support to the Finance and Property Managers across a mixed portfolio of Retail & Commercial assets.

This is a growing portfolio and a fantastic time to join this group of professionals, reporting to the Head of Retail.
 
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily & Weekly Bank Reconciliation
  • Tenant reconciliation in line with lease terms
  • Outgoings reconciliation and calculations
  • Assisting Property Manager with refunds, bond, and bank guarantees
  • Ad hoc accounts assistance 
  • Assist the wider team as necessary

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting/ finance or Property Management
  • Excellent written communication skills, ability to remain focused on specific tasks
  • Must be profecient in MRI 
  • Effective communication skills at all levels & the ability to build professional relationships with tenants, lawyers & colleagues
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritising skills

This is a 12-month contract with the opportunity to go permanent. My client offers a great environment for developing your career further in Finance or Property Management.
