We are seeking an experienced property professional to provide quality support to the Finance and Property Managers across a mixed portfolio of Retail & Commercial assets.

This is a contract role until June 2025 with the potential to go perm. Our client is a well-known Property Developer with over 60 years of experience in property development across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance or Property Management, excellent written communication skills, and proficiency in MRI.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily & Weekly Bank Reconciliation
  • Tenant reconciliation in line with lease terms
  • Outgoings reconciliation and calculations
  • Assisting Property Manager with refunds, bond, and bank guarantees
  • Ad hoc accounts assistance
  • Assist the wider team as necessary
