About the role
As our next Contracts Administrator, you’ll be working with an experienced, friendly, and supportive team who provide integral support to our construction personnel at the coalface. In an ever-growing commercially successful Construction environment, candidate will enjoy the benefits of working from our well appointed CBD based offices as well as onsite at one of our many SA water projects both current and as part of our healthy pipeline of upcoming works.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Manage subcontract accounts and commercial performance including review of payment applications and issuance of payment notices. Preparation of progress certificates for subcontractors and suppliers. Administer the procurement, execution, delivery and close out of all subcontracts in accordance with company commercial policies and guidelines. Preparation of progress claims for work completed in line with commercial and contractual arrangements. Administrating variations to the contract. Assist in preparation of monthly commercial reports. Ensure that head contract and subcontract obligations are communicated and understood by the site team. About You
Demonstrated prior experience in contract administration, finance administration or project administration roles. Demonstrated ability to identify financial issues and elevate them as necessary. Able to quickly grasp concepts and apply innovative solutions. Clear and definitive communication – written and verbal accompanied by good presentation ability. Advanced user in use of all relevant in-house software.
