Expert Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our procurement strategy, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional results.
- Manage Head and Subcontract variation, maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Tackle subcontractor and supplier claims, aligning with our subcontract and HCA Systems.
- Oversee contract finalisation tasks such as defect management, manual creation, and variation tracking.
- Contribute to monthly reports, helping us achieve our goals and stay on track.
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in project-based contract and financial administration, particularly in major building developments.
You'll be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a close-knit team environment, displaying resilience in the face of challenges. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A completed Construction Degree.
- 3-6 years of commercial experience on site.
- Familiarity with construction software like CHEOPS, Aconex, or similar (training provided).
