Contract Administrator Position

Are you looking for a challenging role in contract administration? We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team in Adelaide. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in managing contracts, ensuring compliance with OH&S legislative requirements, and contributing to the success of large-scale projects.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible work arrangements, awards and recognition programs, and access to wellbeing programs.

Job Description:
  • Drive company safety policies, practices, and procedures to provide a safe workplace at all times.
  • Tender subcontract packages, compile and approve tender documents, and submit tender recommendations for approval.
  • Prepare contract documents for each trade package/subcontract.
  • Administer subcontract packages, including progress claims, variation claims, and project-related financial matters.
  • Participate in monthly consolidated reporting, focusing on cash flow forecasting, variation status, contractual matters, and cost analysis.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or relevant experience.
  • Experience in a similar role within the building construction industry.
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and build effective relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Able to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills.
