About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on large projects and manage smaller projects end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background, comprehensive building knowledge, and prior experience in contract administration, finance administration or project administration roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Provide accurate reports and support the Project Manager with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Contract Administration: Administer the Head Contract, manage claims and variations, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing projects by supporting project managers in scheduling, sequencing, and coordinating project activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the building & construction industry.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualified in engineering or construction (viewed favorably).
  • Skills: Strong skills in scheduling, sequencing, and coordinating work to maintain quality in line with project specifications and client expectations.
  • Other: Current Driver's License, Current Industry White Card, Proficient in using Procore, Breadcrumb1 and Microsoft Office Suite.
