  • Establish bank accounts
  • Internet banking
  • Process transactions via electronic clearing houses
  • Group email inbox management
  • Sourceand report required rates (BBSW, cash etc)
  • Runbasic excel models
  • Processinvestor applications
  • Maintainregisters and databases
  • Preparationand distribution of statements, reports and notices
  • Research– ASIC searches, website searches, document verification etc
  • Assist in developing and documenting new procedures, and propose improvements to existing procedures

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Outstanding attention to detail;
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Ability to work independently and takeownership of tasks;
  • Ability to manage time effectively, handlecompeting priorities and meet strict deadlines;
  • High level verbal and written communicationskills;
  • Ability to face challenges with a positive, forward-thinkingattitude.

Purposes of the role

This position is responsible and accountable for:

  • developing and delivering Eticore's trust operations service levels; capabilities and efficiencies;
  • communicating with clients and externalentities on matters relating to trust operations;
  • assisting the Trust Accounting, Trust Servicesand Trust Management teams across a range operations-related projects andduties;
  • building the reputation of Eticore within thefinancial services and corporate trust industry, specifically in relation toclient service, excellence in quality of output, bespoke and agile solutionsfor clients, consistency and accuracy of all work;
  • understanding and keeping up to date onEticore’s policies, goals, and ethos; and
  • adhering to and promoting Eticore’s ethicaltone, including ethical standards, corporate social responsibility andwellbeing of the community.
