We are currently seeking detail-oriented customer service all-stars to join our dynamic and thriving inbound contact centre team based in Surfers Paradise. Our Reservations Payment Specialist play an integral role in our department with a typical day involving managing payment-related reporting procedures and diligently tracking and resolving payment issues with leisure, corporate and travel agent bookings, all while maintaining exceptional customer service standards and contributing to our guests seamless booking experience.

What will it take?

Comfortable using various systems simultaneously to achieve a seamless guest experience
Comfortable outbound calling guests and taking payment details down correctly. 
Strong attention to detail to accurately handle financial transactions and reporting.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, credit agents, and guests
Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage your time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as other software packages
