About the Role

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day project coordination, support, and business analysis relating to change initiatives for the Business Services service line. This role will be a generalist role but will predominantly support technical learning and development requirements.

About You

General Projects

• Support the National Business Services Team to deliver on strategic priorities and liaise with local office stakeholders
• Provide a professional level of project communication and administration activities, such as scheduling,
organising meetings and other administrative tasks
• Prepare and collate various reports, documents, and action items relating to project meetings and workshops
• Draft project documentation including reports, guides, and process documents to a high level of quality
• Conduct business analysis and reporting on relevant project data

Learning and Development

• End to end coordination and scheduling of training, workshops, and seminars.
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and presentations.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of learning modules and virtual training sessions.
• Partner with and engage with internal Learning and Development stakeholders to coordinate and structure
learning and development requirements including:
   o managing and facilitating CPD tracking and reporting
   o CA bridging support
   o Technical training coordination
• Act as the point of contact for all business services technical learning and development
• Ongoing reporting and tracking of L&D participation and completion
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in content development and training delivery – desired
• Demonstrated planning and organisational skills including exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at one time, achieve required outcomes and meet deadlines.
• Evidence of having participated in process improvement / change initiatives
• Ability to successfully deliver projects, coming in on time, to scope, and quality
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and to develop and write appropriate and
accurate documentation
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for the work you do and a desire to learn and improve
