About The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing business that has drive and enthusiasm; we are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Care Coordinator. Based in Dandenong South, you will have a proven background in customer service where you have worked in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment and enjoy being busy  The position encompasses all aspects of handling After Sales Services in a timely and professional manner.

The role involves national coordination of the authorisation/review/processing and follow-up of all credit claims to ensure requests are processed within a set time-frame from the date of submission.  The role also incorporates the handling of customer complaints/grievances, along with assisting in registering new warranty claims.

  • A pro-active and driven individual who works well within a team and demonstrates aptitude and passion for customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette
  • Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
  • SAP (SD module) experience is absolutely essential
