About the Client

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Council standards in major maintenance operations
  • Care for plant, tools, and equipment
  • Perform daily tasks such as maintaining street signs, bus shelters, and road furniture
  • Report road maintenance issues for prompt attention
  • Operate vehicles and equipment up to specified tonnage
  • Reinstate damaged road signs and furniture
  • Utilize electronic work recording equipment

To be Successful:

  • Capable of manual labor
  • Ability to use street directories or GPS devices
  • Knowledge of road maintenance practices and equipment operation
  • Willingness to obtain necessary skills and safely use maintenance tools
  • National Police Check required
